We offer competitive salaries that are specific to each role. Salaries are set by taking account of the labour market and specific skills and abilities. Salaries are augmented by a range of other benefits as set out below.
Holidays: 28 days per year including 3 days between Christmas and New Year.
Salary Review: Salaries are reviewed annually.

Company Sick Pay Scheme: subject to company rules, this may provide benefit equal to basic salary.
Permanent Health Insurance: subject to the rules of the scheme, this provides for 2/3rds basic salary if an individual is unable, due to illness, to work for more than 26 weeks.
