BMRB Media has been running the My Life Mail reader online panel for almost two years. We have a collaborative relationship with our client and we continually seek fresh ways to interact with our participants.
The latest challenge?
To deliver insights back to the Mail within 5 hours and by 5pm. This challenge may not seem exceptional. However, Mail panellists tend to complete their online questionnaire in the evening. We therefore had concerns that our usual online survey method would not generate a representative sample of readers during a typically nonresponsive time of the day.

The recent ABCe figures give the latest audience numbers for hits to newspaper websites. The Guardian website achieved 8.5 million unique users in the UK in June – the highest number for a newspaper site. Telegraph.co.uk recorded the biggest increase year-on-year, rising to 6.5 million unique users in the UK.
As impressive as these figures are, they only tell half the story. Not only are large numbers being reached through newspaper websites, they are also generating attractive audiences in their own right which show marked differences from the readership of printed titles.
